Shipping & Returns

Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS or DHL from Los Angeles, CA depending on your location and shipping preferences. If you need your order to be delivered by a certain time, please select the appropriate expedited shipping option and relay this in our "Order Notes" box upon checking out and we will ensure you get your order on time. 

We want you to feel amazing in your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email info@dozashop.com with the order number, style name and reason for return prior to sending back your package.  Please note we can accommodate an exchange or issue store credit (no refunds) on non-sale items within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges or store credit are accepted on full price, unworn and unwashed merchandise.

Please note some items will be final sale for hygienic purposes and will note this in the ‘view full item’ page. We do not accept returns on sale merchandise, vintage, swimwear and undergarments.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. We hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
